Anxious about the dentist?

Sleep through it. Wake up done.

Dr. Palmquist is extensively trained in advanced surgical dentistry. Our in-house CRNA handles the anesthesia — so your dentist can focus 100% on your teeth. It's the safest way to make anxiety, gag reflexes, and long procedures disappear.

  • True IV sedation — not just oral sedatives
  • In-house CRNA separates anesthesia from dentistry

Common questions

Answers, up front.

Our full knowledge base has more, and our team is always a call away.

How safe is IV sedation?+

Very. We separate the roles of dentist and anesthesia provider — a dedicated in-house CRNA monitors your vitals and airway continuously while Dr. Palmquist focuses only on the dentistry. This is the same staffing model used in hospital surgery.

Will I be completely asleep?+

With true IV sedation, yes. You'll drift off within a minute or two and have no memory of the procedure. You wake up feeling like it never happened.

Do I need someone to drive me home?+

Yes. Anyone receiving IV or oral sedation needs a responsible adult to drive them home and stay with them for a few hours.

How long does the sedation last?+

Most patients are alert enough to walk out within 30 – 60 minutes. Grogginess wears off over the rest of the day; most people are back to normal by the next morning.

Do you accept my insurance?+

We accept most major PPO dental insurance plans and file the claim for you. Bring your card to your first visit or call ahead and we'll verify benefits.
