Dental insurance can be a great benefit through your employer. Keep in mind that dental insurance is designed to cover minimal necessary care — not the standard of care. The treatment we recommend is based on years of clinical experience and is customized to each individual.
Before your first visit
- • Bring your insurance card and photo ID.
- • Have your subscriber's date of birth handy.
- • We'll submit a pre-treatment estimate for any surgery so you know the out-of-pocket before we start.
- • No insurance? We offer competitive self-pay pricing and financing.
